Meet BOB
Realtor®I joined my wife, Cristina Neighbor, in the real estate business in 2018 to form The Neighbor Team. I am originally from southern New Jersey, but acquired a love for San Diego during my Navy days and have remained a resident for over thirty years. I am familiar with many neighborhoods and have helped clients all over San Diego County.
I am an Eagle Scout, 1989 U.S. Naval Academy graduate, a Desert Shield and Storm veteran, and an accomplished physical therapist of twenty-four years in a career that included ten years of service at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in La Jolla, CA. From these experiences and my commitment to serving people, I bring the same steadfast dedication and dogged persistence to helping our clients achieve their goals. I use the same creativity and skills to problem-solve and negotiate on behalf of our clients.
I am currently very active in our community with The Friends of Del Cerro and the Neighborhood Watch. Additionally, I was a long-time musician in two parishes in the Diocese of San Diego. Ever dedicated to the ideals that were instilled in me during the early years of scouting, I value trustworthiness, loyalty, helpfulness, courteousness, and kindness.
